The trio is going to Hollywood! According to reports, actress Meryl Streep will be receiving the Honorary Palme d’Or award at the opening ceremony of the 77th Cannes Film Festival. Streep has starred in numerous films throughout her career and has the distinction of being the most nominated person in the acting categories at the Academy Awards. Some of her musical roles include Mamma Mia! and its sequel, Into the Woods, and Mary Poppins Returns.

MAMMA MIA! will return to Toronto to play a limited 5-week run from October 8 to November 10, 2024 at Toronto’s CAA Ed Mirvish Theatre.
